Mosquito Management
Effective mosquito management addresses breeding sources, not just adult populations. Our IPM approach begins with a full property assessment — identifying standing water, drainage inefficiencies, and landscape conditions that sustain larval development. Source reduction and habitat modification reduce pest activity at its origin. Where targeted adult management is warranted, our specialists apply treatments selectively to harborage areas.

We provide mosquito management services across all of our NYC and Long Island locations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our IPM approach prioritizes source reduction over chemical control. We identify and address every standing water source, drainage issue, and landscape condition sustaining larval development on your property. Larvicidal treatments are applied selectively where standing water cannot be eliminated. Targeted adult treatments are used only where necessary and applied to specific harborage areas — not broadcast across the entire property.
A single treatment addresses current adult populations and identified breeding sources at that moment in time. Mosquito pressure in our region is continuous from May through October, and breeding populations reestablish from surrounding habitat. An ongoing program includes scheduled monitoring, source reduction visits, and adaptive treatments that stay ahead of seasonal pressure rather than reacting to it.
All products we use are regulated by the EPA and applied according to label requirements. We do not make claims of absolute safety for any pesticide — that is not how regulation works. What we do is apply the least intervention necessary, in the most targeted way possible, using methods appropriate to the specific environment. We are transparent about what we use and why before any application occurs.
