Ryan and the crew at Absolute Pest Control are the best. He is reliable, pleasant and does the job. We live in a Brooklyn brownstone and have had mice, ants, roaches and other critters that come with living in an old house. Ryan is always personally and promptly responsive and has helped ensure that all holes are sealed and any issues are dealt with appropriately. I called Graduate Pest Control thinking I had ants in my kitchen. Ryan came out and immediately identified them as sawtooth grain beetles, not ants.
What I really appreciated was that he didn’t just spray chemicals. He took the time to find the source, discovered an old container of bread crumbs, vacuumed out the entire cabinet, and removed it. Problem solved without using any insecticides.
